We love this hotel. Great location! Room so comfy and clean. Bed great. Window treatments need improvements. We were up at sunrise! Bright sun coming in. No darkening shades.

Nice place Kings Port Inn
We found the room fairly clean, bit dusty on top of the fireplace and the outlet for plugging in external phones does not work. Staffing at the front desk was very friendly.

Great place in the heart of Kennebunkport
This is our second time staying here and the service is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. Great proximity to Dock Square and plenty of shops and restaurants.

This was by far one of the best hotel stays. I’ve had in a very long time. It was perfectly located to Kennebunkport and prelude. The staff was so nice. It was very clean. Parking was excellent. I could not be more happier. When I go back to Kennebunkport, this is the place where I’m gonna stay. I can’t express how great the vacation was staying there.

This was our first time staying at the Kings Port Inn. Our stay exceeded our expectations on every level. The location is by far the best for access to Christmas Prelude activities, access to restaurants and access to shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and staff was friendly and attentive. We have already booked our room for the next Christmas Prelude.

Front desk clerk was nice and we were able to check in relatively early. Our room was 213 which was in the annex building but still attached. Very, very clean room and large..the bathroom was so clean I was shocked. Bed was also super comfortable with extra pillow and blankets in the room. The only negative is the rug outside on the stairs was worn but that was minor. Location is perfect! Across the street from Ryans Irish bar, delicious scallops, and 10 minute walk from downtown. I can’t say enough positive about this place. Nothing fancy but would stay here again! Breakfast had healthy options, bagels, toast, fruit, waffles, coffees and a great expresso/latte machine.

Great location in lower village of Kennebunkport. Check in went very smooth and easy with no issue. Hotel rep gave us good recommendations where to park, get dinner, buy wine etc. Easily walkable to nice restaurant. Room was clean and comfy.

We loved our time at the Kings Port Inn. This was our first time in Kennebunkport so we wanted to be close to the action. Parking was free for hotel guests and we could walk anywhere in town from this location. There are multiple shops, boutiques, and restaurants within east walking distance. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. And the included breakfast with made-to-order Belgian waffles was an added bonus. I hope we can stay here the next time we visit Kennebunkport.

Staff is super nice, room is very clean. That is always my biggest pet peeve about hotels, I don't need to stay in a 5-star property but I just want to feel like I am in a clean room. This property was clean, comfortable and the location cannot be beat.

Comfortable bed and a good continental breakfast with the option of waffles cooked to order. Our room was clean, a little snug and a little tired, just in need of a redecoration. However thinking of price, it was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Very quaint hotel, 3 stories, but no elevator, narrow, older stairs make it challenging getting up and down. Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast, included! The lady in charge of breakfast was the best!
