We really liked how the hotel is pet friendly. Also, due to our busy schedule, having the gym pool & hot tub being open for us to use 24hours made our stay here extra enjoyable!

Customer service needs work. No coffeemaker in the room and no real effort expended to find one. It took three trips to the front desk to get a room key that worked. Finally, I had to be let in with a staff key. After finally getting let in, I was promised by the front desk attendant that “she’d be right back with a key that worked”. She went off duty and didn’t tell her replacement a thing. I finally got a key that worked, sometimes. And was afraid to leave my room for fear that I couldn’t get back in. No shuttle drivers when that were needed either. I had to take a Lyft. The Hotel did pay one way, I had to pay to get back. All in all, it was a disappointing visit.

Cutting corners. Toilet paper is like using sandpaper. Same with the Kleenex. Breakfast not up to par. Friendly staff.

The room we stayed in the door lock kept breaking so every time we had to go back to the room we had to call the front desk to let us in. It was really annoying cause front desk took forever to walk over to get the door we sometimes we waited up to 15 mins outside our room just to get in. We were there for some work training and we were exhausted so doing that was very annoying. In the ends they didn’t give us discount or anything.

Traveling and wanted to sleep. Then around midnight we hear a family with kids yelling and being loud. Kids hitting the bed frame super loud. This went on for over an hour.

The property was much older than the La Quinta we had stayed at before. It was satisfactory. They offered a 24 hr airport pick up, which we took advantage of. Our flight arrived at mid night and the Lyft driver was prompt but in a very delegated vehicle. We were hesitant to get in with him, but further checking advised that he was ok.

The key card didn’t work. That’s the second time I’ve booked this property and the second time I had to go back to the front desk repeatedly. The staff was friendly but having solid key card systems should be a top priority.

Affordable, clean, and has the shuttle! Breakfast is great, nice pool and spa, good choices for snacks for the snack area. Stayed before and after my trip for convenience. Will stay again!!

We had to ask for extra bedding for the pull out and then had to go get it. The bedding was stained and had holes. We had to ask for extra towels twice before we got them. Grab and go breakfast was not ready at 4am. Bathroom was not equipped with enough items for five people we booked for. It was close to the airport and we did feel safe.

Check-in was quick and painless, staff was helpful everytime we went to the counter. Pool area was always clean, and hottub too. Theres a parking garage which is accessible to the main floor of the building making it very convenient to bring luggage in while raining. The breakfast was great, warm food being brought out constantly. Lots of options and a great selection. Honestly will book again there for our next stay at PDX 👌
