Customer service needs work. No coffeemaker in the room and no real effort expended to find one. It took three trips to the front desk to get a room key that worked. Finally, I had to be let in with a staff key. After finally getting let in, I was promised by the front desk attendant that “she’d be right back with a key that worked”. She went off duty and didn’t tell her replacement a thing. I finally got a key that worked, sometimes. And was afraid to leave my room for fear that I couldn’t get back in. No shuttle drivers when that were needed either. I had to take a Lyft. The Hotel did pay one way, I had to pay to get back. All in all, it was a disappointing visit.
