Thin walls. Noisy. Not very clean. Most of the breakfast food was gone by 9am. Did I mention very loud. Hair on the sheets and towels. At check-in there was a very long wait.

Close to freeway and easily accessible

Honestly everything was great. The only downside was that the pillows were not that comfortable. Everything else was awesome.

Great Choice

Stay at this hotel if you have s choice. Stayed at one of these before and they have consistently good service. Their breakfast that's provided for free in the morning is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lobby is warm and inviting with a fireplace and coffee.

Left much to be desired

Posted Jan 3, 2017
Pros: Looks nice from the outside.
Cons: Shower curtains
We did not feel very welcome at all at this hotel from the moment we arrived. It felt like we were interrupting a smoke break or something by bothering the front desk to check in. There is little to no parking here either and was a complete cluster trying to maneuver around people to get to a parking spot. We were put all of the way up on the top floor in the opposite corner for the night. Not too bad since I would prefer this to being near the front desk. I have worked in hotels before and was just not impressed. Even the front desk was in jeans and a sweatshirt nothing near what a typical front desk would be wearing. About 10 minutes after we got there the cops were called on someone at the hotel and were circling the parking lot while we were watching from our room. We just needed to sleep for a couple hours so went to hop in the shower only to find that there was LITERALLY no shower curtain. I did not call down to the front desk I just wanted to shower and go to bed....so I did...without a shower curtain. This hotel has the ability to be a nice place, it just needs a deep cleaning as there were what looked to be stained old worn out sheets and blankets, mold around the tile grout in the shower and shower curtains. Would not stay here again.

OLD bed sheets

Posted Jan 1, 2017
Cons: bedding and where were the soft drink, snack machines? fr
Location: was a great location for us. close to the family. close to a Fred Meyer
All was O.K. except the bedsheets were OLD, and dingy gray, and able to read through them. Also, duvet in same condition.. Just felt sleazy in bed. And really, what is a motel except a bed?

A very comfortable stay for me and pooch

Posted Dec 29, 2016
Pros: Dog friendly and feels very cozy.
Cons: It would be great if there is an area for dogs to walk around or relieve themselves, even if it's small instead of just anywhere...
Location: We didn't get a chance go go around, but seems like there were plenty of places to eat.
It's a lovely place to stay, cozy lobby with fireplace, they designated a certain section of the hotel for guests who brought pets. I was surprise to see so many guests brought their dogs. My room was close to the gym and swimming pool so I don't have to leave my dog for too long. The pool was warm and nice. Breakfast was great, many selections including eggs and sausages. They provides dog treats and poop bags at the reception desk which was a nice gesture. Coffee and tea available all day. Overall I love this place! will definitely recommend.

Everything was great, hotel staff needs a little work though. Travel for a living, great hotel and stay do it again, it is just sad to have non friendly staff, made you feel you were not that important checking in I actually felt like I was bothering her. The rest was great.

La Quinta really dropped the ball on this one!

Posted Dec 14, 2016
Pros: The manager was very understanding and helpful he refunded my room and apologized.
Cons: Hire more staff, it was clear that each one was doing the work of several; especially the manager. The ownership has to care more about people than $.
The room filthy, coffee grounds still in the pot, no tissues, marijuana in the desk drawer, gak on the carpet, no remote for the TV and when we asked for one they said we would have to come get it ourselves. I asked if with 400 guest in the hotel they only had one person to serve them and they said yes that is why I can't bring it to you. The remote didn't work, so no TV. Near our room was an open door to an electrical room (it is dangerous and illegal to allow public access to an electrical room in a hotel); the electrical room was being used as a storage closet, maids closet and sever room without air conditioning. I assume they leave the door open so as not to trip out the servers on overheat. So, lets see, fill room with lots of heat generating equipment, couch cushions and paper stuff, then block access to the electrical panels with heavy boxes, ironing boards and furniture; couple that with one person on duty at night and I can see a huge news story developing here! I brought this to the attention of the front desk but they would do nothing, so after six hours and another attempt to get them to clear the room I went and did it myself so that I could sleep without wondering if I would have to jump out the window in the middle of the night. All though understaffed, someone found the time to put every thing back and block the electrical panels even more than the first time.
