I booked my trip a month in advance. I show up and they’re having technical difficulties and can’t check me in. The lady at the counter saw me walk in, didn’t achniwlesge me, continued to tell a story to her manager about another customer that was so angry she threw a dog treat at her, then after several minutes of telling this story she turns to me and tells me they can’t check me in and I haven’t been charged. First off, your story could have waited, Karen. I didn’t need to sit through that for you to tell me to kick rocks. Secondly, I was charged, a month ago. She said there was nothing they could do to check me in even though I had receipts and sent me on my way. What a frustrating way to start my vacation, and I still haven’t received my refund.
