Without full detail, it looks like you were disappointed at the Inn but "okay" in our Suite Building. In either case "okay" is certainly not what hope to achieve as a rating from our guests. Hello Andrew. Please accept our sincere apologies for your disappointing visit due to guest noise. Because we have had minimal complaints of this nature in first floor, end rooms (where you were registered), we are reviewing remedies. However, if you give us another chance, I will be happy to handle the arrangements personally. Guests on the 2nd floor at the Inn or away from the 1st floor, end rooms do not have similar complaints; and the 1st floor, end rooms are not usually a problem either because our guests are usually quite quiet in the evenings. We also want to thank you for your compliments about our staff being "friendly and courteous" and our "updated", trendy environment.
