Comfortable

Posted Jan 26, 2016
Was in town for 4 days. Hotel was nice and comfortable. About a 15 mins from Downtown Portland and Beaverton. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Got a great deal on room and rental through Expedia. Car rental was basically free. Highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome

I have nothing negative to say. I found the room very comfortable, continental breakfast amazing, and pool and jacuzzi open 24 hours which was very convenient for me.

Convenient location

Posted Jan 20, 2016
Met my daughter here for a weekend in Portland. She was up from Eugene and I was down from Tacoma. Had a relative to visit in Lake Oswego so great location for this. We had two cars so wanted a place with free parking. This hotel is right next to I5, but we heard no outside noise in room. We could hear neighbors through wall, who had kids, but fortunately they were quiet at night. We liked room design - lots of space with good area for food prep, seating area, desk. Bed and linens very comfortable for good nights sleep. I went down to breakfast room earlier than my daughter. Had soccer teams there so breakfast area filled up will kids toward end of serving time. Staff could not keep up with demand on some food items. Had a fair selection of hot items in theory, but many were out when I was in line. If I had eaten at 8:00 when I came down, this would not have been an issue; it was at 9:30. Overall, I would stay there again, but noisy neighbors would be a problem.

Great hotel just off highway I-5 but quiet.

Posted Dec 31, 2015
This is the first time we stayed in a Phoenix Inn. It was a great room, with great staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. While we didn't take advantage of the pool or hot tub, I heard from other guests that they enjoyed them. The breakfast was above average for a continental breakfast and the variety and freshness was excellent. I certainly would recommend Phoenix Inn and Suites and will look for them during my travels.

Lodging while visiting family at Christmas

Posted Dec 30, 2015
Pros: Location, price, and the breakfast was included in the base rate. Other lodgings in the area you had to pay extra for the breakfast.
Cons: A bell at the front desk to alert staff that someone in in the lobby. We waited several minutes for some to come out of the back room to check us in.
Location: See Title, if you want to visit them I'll give you their address :)
Just a place to store our stuff and sleep while visiting relatives who had a full house over Christmas . Easy to find, suites were roomy and comfortable. There were supposed to be "black out" curtains in the room but there weren't. Which was fine with us because the 24 hour gas station next door provided just enough illumination to find the bathroom in the middle of the night. Freeway noise was not a problem for us.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear you were not greeted at check-in, someone should be at the desk at all times. We do have black out curtains, they are behind the sheers. Hope you will give us another try...

Convenient Location for Us

Posted Dec 17, 2015
Pros: Location
Hotel was clean and centrally located for what we needed to do. Staff was very friendly. Only downside is it is located right off the freeway, so rooms on west end was a little noisy. Wi-Fi was very good. Free breakfast was adequate.

Great pet friendly hotel outside Downtown Portland

Posted Nov 30, 2015
Pros: Proximity to attractions and pet friendly but well kept and spacious.
Location: Close to major shopping mall (5-8 minutes). Restaurants all around the area in walking distance. 20 minutes to outlet mall and 10 to Fun Center.
This was a great hotel to stay at. The rooms were big and clean. The location is close to restaurants and shopping with easy access to freeway. It was pet friendly with adequate parking, indoor swimming, free breakfast (great breakfast), free WiFi and work out facility. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room had a good size fridge for leftovers and a microwave to warm up the food. Will definitely stay there again.

Easy freeway access, central to Portland. Family friendly, ask for a room away from the free because it is noisy
