The entire hotel is in the process of remodeling and being upgraded. So, in my room, the microwave and hairdryer and sofa were broken. The pool and rec and dining facilities are all closed.

Everyone I met was the soul of cordiality and courtesy. The staff were uniformly wonderful. That being said: * The room smelled very much of mold * The floor was damp (which would explain the mold) * The toilet ran constantly and the plumbing made weird noises from time to time (which would explain the damp floor perhaps, there is clearly an issue somewhere). * The mini fridge froze the food I stored in it. * I sat on the couch and almost fell through the frame to the floor. * I could clearly hear movement from the room above me. * When I arrived the lobby I swear to god smelled of weed. * In general the hotel is in a state of disrepair. Small things like chipped paint, outlet covers askew or missing, the remote for the TV worked intermittently, the lobby was in a state of unfinished construction, the wifi seemed to work intermittently, etc I would never stay here again as long as there is an alternative. If my wife and kids were with me we would have entered the room and turned around immediately and left.

This place was a dive and I will never book with Expedia again I could have stayed the Hilton or Marriott for that price . Door was broken didn’t lock right . Place was filthy

The amenities WERE NOT AS ADVERTISED!! No pool available, no coffee, no ice, no breakfast for starters. Room had defective smoke alarm and broken shower curtain. Changed rooms still had broken shower curtain!!! What a dump!!! I fault EXPEDIA for not alerting us about amenities and will let others know of poor due diligence.
