As often happens with Expedia, the property had NOT been notified and did NOT have our reservation when we arrived. The desk manager had to call Expedia, spending nearly half an hour to straighten it out, without result. She finally gave up and just checked us in. We will no longer book through Expedia for future trips.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Outside property needs some work. No elevator so be aware if you have heavy luggage.

This property was gross. They put us in a handicap room (even though we asked to not be) which meant the shower was too short for us to use to. There were holes in the walls The fire alarm light was hanging off the wall The Tv remote was broken, batteries held on my tape

We arrived at 3PM, which is the check in time. Our room wasnt ready, and we were told to come back in 45 minutes. Another person,(or persons) brought a dog with them that barked on and off during the night. We had to run the heating/cooling unit all night in order to get any sleep/

There was no elevator, so keep thst in mind. I could be wrong but they also appeared to be housing a lot of homelss folks, most of which were fine, but some were not people i would want to run in to in a dark alley. No issues came about, we only stayed one night, but it was a little awkward when breakfast came and the place was swarmed with people who didnt appear to be on "vacation".

The best nights sleep in a long time! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast had French toast which I like, that’s not an option I see often. Staff was friendly and room was very clean.

There was hair on the pillowcases and the sheets. We didn’t feel good about sleeping in the sheet so we had to sleep on top.

Its like family
We needed a place to stay last minute due to a major storm in the area and we had loat power at home and had two small children who needed meds and warmth. They had a refrigerator amd microwave which was perfect with two little ones. The staff was incredibly kind and caring. They were so sweet to the kids and really thoughtful and seemed to not only care about the guests but each other as well. They were great and it was a great price.

building 4 being renovated the rooms are cute with kitchenette and living eoom was nice but the smell in the room was less then desirable. we ended up leaving in the middle of the night as we could not sleep for the smell. could be as simple as old carpet in the bedroom im not sure.

The Quality Inn staff was exceptional! They were very helpful and made us feel very welcome! The inn was festive with holiday decorations and the breakfast was well done.

I had a terrible experience with Expedia as i was trying to change a Dec. 5 reservation to a Dec 4th. After u called Expedia they assured me everything was " changed" but when i arrived at the hotel- IT WAS NOT. The hotel staff couldn't have been better, or had more patience, not with me, but with the 2nd Expedia REP. I would stay here again, and be be willing to pay more then Expedia offers because it's worth saving myself a headache from bad customer service, long waited on the phone, non trained representatives and just overall ridulous hoops a customer has to jump through just to " change" a date.
