Too far from the airport

When my flight was cancelled, I was looking for a hotel near the airport. I needed to get back for an early morning flight. I booked this hotel based on the fact that it was listed as an "airport" hotel. Indeed, it is quite far from the airport. They have a shuttle, but it only runs on the hour. Instead, I needed to take a cab which was a little expensive. The hotel itself was not in the greatest condition, although the bed was very comfortable. There is no food other than breakfast in the hotel and I did not feel safe walking to anywhere to eat.
I was also disappointed with the front desk when it was time to depart. I had hoped to catch the shuttle, but overslept. When I called down to the front desk, I asked him to call me a cab. He said he would do it when I got down there, even though I explained that I was in a great hurry. Once I got downstairs, I had to wait while he talked to another employee.
