Staff was friendly, we ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very good . Convenient to leave vehicle while traveling, they offer shuttle service to airport . The room was clean and comfortable

Staff was friendly & accommodating. Enjoyed their desert options in restaurant. We chose this hotel because of the airport transportation they offered at 4:15am!

House cleaning started cleaning the room above mine at 9am and it sounded like a wrestling match. Also front desk in the morning did not know how to address problems with the parking payment kiosk. I tried to explain she should contact who ever handles or manages the machine because it was declining all american express payments. She just kept repeating to try a different card and there was a problem with my card. There is and was no problem worth my cards.

We arrived at the hotel Restaurant/Lounge just before they were closing and we were able to have some really good apps & a drink from your very accommodating Staff. Both were really appreciated after a full day of travel.

Overbooked. I reserved a room with two queen beds months ago and got one bed and a pull out sofa. Unacceptable.

I loved that you could see the water and the ducks swimming. The fountain was a cute touch. I received a text from the front desk asking if there was anything we needed, I replied that I have Expedia silver status and that I should receive a bottle of wine. No response.
