Took the hotel staff 3 tries to get us working keys. No refrigerator or microwave in hotel room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again but not the worst hotel by any means.

Good for the pricePosted Nov 16, 2015
Very clean, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown and cape Elizabeth. Did not interact with staff much but they were friendly during check in.

Exceptional value for the budget minded!Posted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: Exceptional value, clean, spacious and updated rooms :)
Cons: If you had a community room/lounge area with microwave, tables, vending machines for an optional $1 daily fee with separate cardkey at checkin
Location: 10 minutes from downtown but for the over 50% savings over downtown rates, exceptional value!
Clean, clean, clean! Updated, loved the extra sink outside bathroom. No continental breakfast but the savings more than made up for it with several options close by, including breakfast restaurant attached or BK across street.

Good or bad? It depends.Posted Nov 4, 2015
Pros: Price, clean bathroom, friendly staff, overall pleasing appearance.
Cons: Bed sheets should look unquestionably clean and fresh; guest should have no doubt about them. Outside noise level, though that is due to the location.
Location: Breakfast restaurant a few feet from the hotel. Dinner restaurant inside hotel. Used hotel for sleeping only--no knowledge of other possibilities.
Overall the hotel is OK and the few staff I met seemed nice and professional. The premises and room seemed quite pleasing until I turned over the bed cover and the sheets were so wrinkled that I had no idea whether they were un-ironed and un-stretched or someone has been sleeping in them for several days. The hotel is located very close to an extremely busy interstate exchange, with general traffic and large numbers of 18-wheelers passing by or stopping/re-starting all the time. My room was extremely noisy; I found it impossible to sleep after 6 a.m., even though I had a very late start.

The kids loved the pool but it is a party hotel.Posted Nov 3, 2015
Pros: The pool and hot tub
Cons: Older, more mature staff.
When we first entered the room we, including two 10 year olds, could smell smoke from drugs coming from the room next door. We reported it to the staff who offered to move our room. The smell was in our room and all the way down the hallway. That was at 3 in the afternoon. We had to threaten to call the police. Then from 11pm to 4:30am two rooms in our hall were making a ridiculous amount of noise partying. They were yelling and banging around. One of the hotel staff members was seen entering the party room as a guest. At 1am we knocked on the door and told them to stop because we had kids sleeping next door. It started up again shortly after and lasted until we called the staff and asked for a manager at 4:30am. None of us got a good night of sleep. The only reason we are not rating this at the lowest is because when we checked out the manager had taken 50% off of our bill without us having to ask, which we were going to do anyway.

I would highly recommend this one!!Posted Oct 27, 2015
I was greeted by a nice staff member and while checking out the woman was so sweet and helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! The bathroom was clean as was the room. I also liked the small gym. Great stay! Thank you!

Great Stay!Posted Oct 21, 2015
Pros: It was modern, clean and the rooms for very spacious. I also liked the fact it was right off the thruway entrance.
Cons: Add a continental breakfast.
Location: Just stayed overnight on the way home.
This was a very good experience. Friendly staff clean spacious rooms, a pool and inexpensive price.

Big hotel on major road intersectionPosted Oct 20, 2015
We stayed here for easy access and the hotel was great, very well maintained and with a bar & restaurant on site. However, finding a roof with no traffic noise was a challenge (and one we failed!) with major roads on three sides - have slept better...

Great one night stayPosted Oct 18, 2015
Cons: Mattress was a little slopped.
Location: Right off the highway exit for 95 and only a 5 minute drive to the Downtown area of Portland.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel as a mid way stop on the way to Bar Harbor. The price was attractive given what the other establishments in Downtown Portland were asking. This hotel provided everything I expected and more. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Did not offer any Breakfast but the restaurant adjoining was fantastic for it.
