Air ducts in bathroom were very dirty and caked on with dust. Hallways were a little messy/dirty. Floor 1 was freezing cold and we’re not heated like the rest of the floors. The staff member at the front desk was very friendly and nice though. So our welcome was good!

We had a river view room, I really enjoyed the view and would pay extra for it again. The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable. The parking lot was patrolled by security all night and that let me relax that my car would be safe while we slept. The facilities were mostly renovated, it looks like they still have more to do. I bet it'll be really nice when it's all done. This will be our go to place when we visit Portland in the future. We can easily get to everything from there but the little island it's on has a tranquil feel and lots of stores and restaurants near by

Room was spacious and very clean. Very happy with the accommodations overall. Beds dipped in the middle though, so not the most comfortable sleep, but still adequate for the price paid.

Rooms are clean and hotel is well maintained. The hotel lobby is good too and has many dining options. Overall a good option for families traveling to Portland.

Beautiful place by the Columbia River. We came late fall but I can see how awesome it is in summer with the pools open and the sun shining. Very convenient when comming and returning to Seattle.

Not the best place. It’s in a pretty industrial area, parking lot wasn’t well lit. Upon checking in we were given our keys and though the hotel was pretty empty staff decided to put us right next to the elevator. The room was nothing to write home about. Carpets were in need of cleaning, linens weren’t so great, and the shower had a 12” step UP to get into, and the shower floor was very slippery causing my partner to slip and hurt her leg on the square tile edge leading into the shower . Likely the most unsafe shower design I’ve ever seen. The amenities were sparse and the provided coffee very bitter and cheap. I don’t recommend this hotel, and I likely won’t be back here again, maybe avoiding holiday in / IHG altogether.

Our stay was great. The front desk allowed us to check out late at 2pm since our flight departs late in the evening. There’s plenty of parking and a lot of places to eat. Having a microwave and refrigerator in the room is extremely convenient. Also major plus with the free parking. Washington is just over the bridge in case you want to visit another state.
