Strong leadership is desperately needed.

The whole stay was simply just below average which has been the norm for a while now. A few days ago, I was the only guest in line and when I stepped up to the counter the one person checking people in was on the phone with his head down never looked up, never adressed or acknowledge me whatsoever. Then four people came out of the back room and did not look at me or knowledge me, and it was clear that the one person that was checking people in was not helping me. I waited a few minutes and then I politely said to one of the four people in uniform, can one of you check me in. They all looked at each other and one politely said, oh the only one that can check you in just went on break, he seemed to really want to help me, but no one gave him any direction, seemed he was recently hired,
When they all looked at each other and didn't know what to say, is clearly no direction from management whatsoever. Those three that came out of the back room seemed to care but didn't know what to do. Come on Red Lion, you used to be great, get together.
