Main problem is aircraft noise

Pros: Airport shuttle. Nice restaurant. Pleasant staff.
There is a definite problem with noise from aircrafts though not sure if they were military, since they didn't seem to come from the main airport. Ear plugs a good idea.There were no lifts to the second floor although staff said they would help with luggage. The airport shuttle was excellent.

Room was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice to have coffee ready at 4 am!!

Pros: location and price
Cons: new beds would help
Location: airport close and downtown is close
Bed was to worn and soft. The hotel has been renovated at some point but my room was beat up.

Close to airport

Hotel is older and could use some updating Bar next to hotel was old and needed some serious cleaning and updating Staff was nice

The staff was great especially the van driver, when I got to the airport I realized I forgot my cell in the room. The can driver found it and brought it out to the airport.

Used hotel to sleep in night before early flight

The place was. CLean and had many positive attributes( exercise room, pool, lounge). Was a great place for a quick stay near Airport. They provided transportation to airport as well.

All night long ...

Anytime anyone entered or exited the building, our windows rattled. All the room windows were very loose, and a lot of air flowed around and through them. All night long. The plastic, light-blocking curtains had 60+ cracks/holes, and the outside lights were extremely bright. All night long. Hotel was full. No other rooms were available. We complained to the staff in the morning. They stated the curtains and windows should have been replaced during a recent remodel. As we booked through Expedia, there wasn't anything they could do about our terrible experience. Very poor customer service. All night long.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Just stayed overnight to catch an early flight. Shuttle goes every 20 minutes so is quite convenient. Room was clean and quiet.

Hotel is dated but clean and has everything u need bed comfy stairs hard for seniors but they do have first floor rooms if needed
