All night long ...

Anytime anyone entered or exited the building, our windows rattled. All the room windows were very loose, and a lot of air flowed around and through them. All night long.
The plastic, light-blocking curtains had 60+ cracks/holes, and the outside lights were extremely bright. All night long.
Hotel was full. No other rooms were available.
We complained to the staff in the morning. They stated the curtains and windows should have been replaced during a recent remodel.
As we booked through Expedia, there wasn't anything they could do about our terrible experience.
Very poor customer service.
All night long.

I have shared your comments with our engineering manager so that he can take the necessary steps to address concerns with the black out curtains and window in your guest room.
