Pros: Clean room.
Cons: Public areas are run down and a little dirty.
Location: Convenient to airport.
Clean room but not much more. Dining option was OK. Not enough parking.

Great Value and close to the airport!

Posted Aug 27, 2015
It was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient with a special shout out to the airport shuttle driver. He was fun and engaging. This has to be one of the best values in hotel service I have seen. As long as you realize this isn't a high end hotel (which you aren't paying for). It is AWESOME! I won't be staying anywhere else when I fly out of PDX (which is more often than I like)

Convenient

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Being close to airport.
Cons: Not much.
Location: This is the biggest problem. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere.
Convenient to airport. Good for an overnight stay. Not sure if it would be good for an extended stay due to location. While convenient to airport not much around the hotel.

Comfy, clean room, competitive pricing.

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Bed.
Location: Close to airport, you have to keep your wits about you to get to it as 82nd NE makes you loop onto the 205 exits to actually get to Frontage road.
Good room, clean and bed was good. I was able to check out by just leaving the keys in the room. Only odd thing, and I understand why, the restaurant and sports bar (good burger), couldn't charge your room anymore.

No breakfast

Posted Aug 25, 2015
When we got there sales lady was being friendly and information to her currant customers when mom and I went up she was short and rude I asked about voucher for breakfast, she said there is no breakfast, I replied well when I booked I asked someone said yes you still do, she simple shrugged her shoulders and said no breakfast The room wasn't very clean and we did not have any stir sticks for coffee. I will never stay at this red lion again or recommend to anyone.

Hotel near Portland airport.

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Hotel is in a very awkward location near Portland airport. We drove around a half and hour before we found a restaraunt. The building was very old and seemed dated.

Quiet hotel

Posted Aug 24, 2015
In spite of proximity to PDX, our room was very quiet with little plane or traffic noise. Also very little noise from other guests, even though hotel was busy. We did miss having a "free" breakfast that most other establishments have. Easy access to downtown Portland by car and some shopping and restaurants nearby in Cascade Station area. There were a few housekeeping lapses--windows were pretty dirty and there was a gross wad of hair in the shower drain.
