Pros: Everything.
Location: 82nd avenue in Portland, or.
I love the hotel because everything was fine. I stayed overnight and left the next day.

Too much activity

The staff was awesome The room had dirty walls, a chair that when you sat in it, you almost fell. Broken chair. Only one wash cloth. Asked for another washcloth they had none. But did give me a hand towel. Night time was horrible!! Neighbors upstairs sooo loud...woke us all night

Very helpful. I got stuck in th airport and the staff helped me check in right away even though it was late.

First and last

The first night was ok - the second night it was people banging doors until 3:30 in the morning. Lots of talking, yelling and noise. It was a Friday night. I stay at the hotel to sleep and didn't get any. I won't go back

Close enough to airport

Noisy in the morning. But clean. Bed uncomfortable and they frown on what Oregon is popular for if you understand!

Great value, nice accommodations

Cons: The bathroom felt a little unfinished and could have been a bit cleaner. The bathroom faucet could also have been tightened, it felt loose.
I was staying with another guest who had a room next to me, and while there were inconsistencies in our experiences (their room had no decorations, no shampoo/conditioner, etc.) mine was perfectly comfortable and well-stocked. Parts of the bathroom felt "unfinished" and there were a lot of random smudges on the interiors of the doors, but otherwise my room was clean and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was great with a nice firm mattress. Much lower rate than other area hotels and easy to go to and from downtown or the airport from here. I would stay here again.

Location: BAD location - wouldn't do anything nearby
This hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood. We will never stay there again.

Looks can be deceiving

From the pictures posted online, the hotel doesn't look half bad. But once we arrive the place was a mess!! Several fixtures in the bathroom were broken, the towel had holes, and even the hair dryer was missing! Also, I couldn't get any rest, due to the walls being made of paper. All night (and day) i could hear the conversations people were having outside in the hall, and also the room next to us! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly
Cons: I think it would be helpful to make a secure entrance to make guests feel safer and to prevent foot traffic from random people.
Location: Not the best area, but very easy access to public transit in order to get you to downtown or fun areas in the NE.
I stayed for a week and was pretty much only in the room to sleep. I felt very uncomfortable there due to who was coming in and out of the hotel. A couple of nights I heard people arguing and in another instance the police were called. The room was clean in a basic sense, but the walls needed scrubbing (visible mysterious gunk and what looked like dried blood splatters where in some areas) it just didn't feel sterile.
