Had nice park & pool; and plenty of parking.

We had great afternoon in the pool in Jine when it got close to 90 degrees in Portland, OR.

Visiting family

Pros: Breakfast is reach, nice staff
Cons: Provide better isolation between second floor and the first, steps sound makes sleeping in first floor very hard.
Location: Close to many attractions and on a junction or roads, yet very quite.
Do not accept sleeping in the first floor. The ceiling is very thin and the people above move around and steps sound and cracking does not let you sleep. Maybe whoever get the second floor needs to know upon checking in and asked to minimize their movements at night. We had difficult two nights and then the room above stayed empty - that's when we had a good night sleep.

Get a room on the upper floor

The room was nice but we were on the lower floor and we could hear our upstairs neighbors every time they walked around. Be sure and post the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. We were awakened by Housekeeping knocking and walking right into our room at 8am both mornings.

Nice place

Rented a room for a sweet 16 slumber party. We had the king loft room. Very clean and nice linens. Great layout! Beds super comfortable!

Highly Disappointed

I was greeted warmly with a smile upon entering, and had my room keys only a few minutes later. The room looked well-appointed, but then we went into the bathroom and found a pile of dirty towels on the floor, a dirty washcloth in the shower, and a used bar of soap on the shower soap dish. The response to the situation was a very appropriate mortification, and I was urged to return to the gatehouse promptly to receive keys to a new room. When I arrived to collect these keys, I was apologized to again. The new room was much the same as the old, except it had a clearly clean bathroom. We pulled out the sofa bed to set it up for my son, and in the fresh bedding package found a huge dinner-plate-sized stain on the flat sheet. At that moment, the front desk called. I mentioned the stain and was again greeted with a veritable deluge of apologies and explanations that this wasn't at all usual and she was sending a maid out to change the sheet immediately. The maid arrived about fifteen minutes later with a small gift bag, including a bottle of wine, some snacks, and a handwritten apology from the front desk. The maid confirmed that the stain was not dirt, it was a bleach stain, but she went ahead and changed the sheet anyway. The apologies were nice, but the situation really shouldn’t have happened at all. The experience was unpleasant because it showed the ugly truth behind the scenes of hotels and made us feel less comfortable in the room.

We do not expect guest to see that side of a room turnover or leftovers from other guest. I apologize again for that experience and will see that it doesn’t happen in the future. Nice hotel, Good location.

We stay here every month when we are in town for basketball tournaments. We comfortably fit our family of five. I love that there are extra amenities for the kids to use. They aren't bored here like at a normal hotel. The game room is better, there is an outdoor sports court and plenty of room for the kids to even play outside. The breakfasts are great, they meet everyone's picky palet. Check out is at noon, so later than usual, which we love incase we have a later game. We will never stay anywhere else when we come to Portland!

The studio is OK for two occupants. It is very small. Had to actually move the sofa back in order to convert to a bed for my son. Not very comfortable either.
