We're happy to hear that for the most part you enjoyed your stay, though are sorry to hear you found breakfast lacking. It has been very difficult to source quality products with the labor and inventory shortages currently in the market. Rest assured, we are working to improve the breakfast options and look forward to returning to pre-covid levels of service when possible.

While we are located within walking distance of several wonderful shopping and dining areas, we are not near downtown Portland. We're located less than a mile from the Streets at Tanasbourne in Hillsboro, OR.

We're sorry to hear you experienced a problem during your stay. We take bedbug claims very seriously, however as your review was posted anonymously and we did not receive any complaints of such we are having trouble identifying your reservation. Please contact the hotel and speak with our GM Carrie or AGM Nathan as soon as possible. We complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure pest problems are under control and would very much like to hear from you regarding your concern.

We're happy to hear that for the most part you enjoyed your time with us, though sorry you were surprised by the layout of our property. As an original style Residence Inn from the mid-1990's, we are built with 8 separate buildings and each unit has their own semi-private entrance. Our guests enjoy the privacy this offers, and especially over the past year appreciated not needing to walk through the lobby to get to their rooms or share an elevator, as we have none on property. Dealing mostly with business travelers, our breakfast is quite early, 6am-9am on the weekdays, and an hour later from 7am-10am on the weekends. Rooms are noticeably larger than newer Residence Inn location built as a single building, though we strive to offer the same experience across the brand. We hope in the future you'd consider joining us again!
