Checking in and out was super fast and easy. The price was desirable and everything looked clean, but there were certain things that stood out. The hallways smelled strange, but it wasn't noticeable inside the room. The toilet in our bathroom rocked when you sat on it and got up, which was uncomfortable. In all, it served the purpose of providing a place to sleep while visiting family.

This hotel room should be priced at about 2995 it's severely outdated smells patched holes everywhere if we weren't so tired and have not stopped across the street for food and drink I would've went somewhere else

Strip club and smelly!

There is a strip club in the parking lot! Im not even kidding. The floor carpet was sticky, like the whole carpet has never been cleaned. The odor throughout the building of filth, food cooking, and mold was overwhelming. The heater worked (wall unit) but it smelled of mold also. I got there very late at night and had a nonrefundable reservation. If it was possible for me to get even part of my money back and find another place, I would have left immediately.

Friendly Staff!

Pros: The staff and location
Cons: Local phone number on the website doesn't work, I had to get connected through the toll freel line.
Location: The location is actually great. It's within walking distance to the light rail system and only 2 stops on the light rail to downtown.
The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but what it lacks in appearance is made up by the friendly and attentive staff. Everyone always greeted me with a smile and seemed like they genuinely cared for my well being during my stay especially Barbara. They even took the time to ask me about how my stay was and if everything in my room was alright, and when I mentioned I noticed a slow drain in the sink it was fixed by the time I returned about two hours later.

Horrible place

The place was run down, furniture was broken and or falling apart, the smoke detector was bad and kept beeping, the heater was intermittently inop. they also had poor attitude when asked to fix and customer service. Website said they're pet friendly and their hotel handbook says same thing but they are not pet friendly.
