Nice, comfortable place. The staff responded quickly to requests for more sheets and blankets for the fold out couch. Also, the place was quiet and secure, and the breakfast great.

Because Expedia overbooked, we were stuck with a room that we did not want even though we booked a large King bed suite weeks in advance. The hotel staff was unsympathetic and unapologetic; they were reluctant to satisfy requests (e.g., extra towels) and seemed incompetent in their ability to problem solve. Understandably, this is not a 5 star hotel, but there should be a benchmark level of service in the hospitality industry.

Nice hotel

Best hotel we have been in in a while. Hot tub was very clean and the room was nice.

Walk in the room and it smells like a ashtray got to the bathroom and the bathtub had burn marks from cigarettes walls next to bed had soda or coffee spilled on them other walls had graffiti on them stains on the comforter screen on window was broken off and on the ground outside.. I could go on ... stay away only plus was the waffles were good I would have left if it wasn't late when I got there

Even if it is late, merely contacting the desk with your concerns generally gets the problem solved quickly and while we expect all our rooms to meet a higher standard than you described, on rare occasions, getting a different room may be the fastest remedy. Sorry we blew it.

Pros: comfortable mattress, fire sprinklers, breakfast was decent
Cons: pillows were old
Location: See whatever interests you
Came to town for the weekend to visit friends and see the sights. This was close to where we were meeting.

Clean, friendly staff. Close to what I needed

I'd recommend for those looking for a 'budget' motel. Will add that rooms recently upgraded. I was there for 2 nights during ice storm. Bed was very good, staff accommodating - good value for the dollar.

The staff was really nice. We had some issues with our room and they had no problem switching us to a different room. I couldn't find any cheaper better rating hotel then this.

Dont stay here

Fridge was unplugged so all the ice cream melted beer was warm kids sodas and snacks all got warm after putting stuff in refrigerator since it was cold when i checked in. Tried plugging my phone in to a wall socket and sparks shot everywhere notified front desk and they said oh were sorry to hear that......... and did nothing.... room came with no shampoo.......... hobos loitering everywhere outside........ horrible location...... horrible stay...... will never stay here again.

Nothing seems to be working including the staff

The toilet was broken. The front desk would not bring a toilet plunger up. When we went down to get the plunger we had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby just to go back upstairs with the front desk lady to get a plunger. When we finally got a plunger the toilet still wasn't working so we just had to use the toilet at the conference that we were in town for instead. It was very uncomfortable
