First Impression was that this was a peacefull location, the Owner (I am assuming) Sophie checked us in and was so nice and welcoming. She had reccomondations for dining, and we were very happy with the choice. I just wish we had been able to stay longer than 1 night. Morning Continental breakfast was enough to get us through the day, and even though it was a rainy cool day, there was an outside eating area that was covered and warm enough to sit there instead of taking back to our room.

Beautiful property. Love the history behind it. Our bed was too firm and caused a backache, that would be our only complaint.

This was a delightful place to stay. Difficult in that the rooms were up a stairway and my husband has knee problems but we enjoyed the stay and would return there

Room was clean and nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. For a small hotel the continental breakfast was great, offering cereals, breads/muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and fresh fruit Nicely done!

This place is a GEM.
This place is a real GEM. It is immaculately maintained, very clean and a great value. You can tell when you drive up that they take great pride in their Lodge and it shows everywhere. It is not a 5 star place, but it is much nicer than you would think for the price. Would stay here again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and were very knowledgeable on the area. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet close to downtown Kennebunkport and within driving distance of other destinations such as Portland. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was a good size with nice amenities.

Room was great, comfy beds and pillows! Some nice details like plenty of hangers, towels, and Kleenex! Sophie was the absolute best👍. She gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions and what attractions we should visit, just super helpful! We felt like we now have a good friend in Maine 😊

The property manager/front desk was so nice, friendly and helpful!! Continental breakfast was great and convenient. Pool was warm and fun. Only downside was no coffee maker in room but the breakfast coffee was delicious

Great find in Kennebunkport
Perfect for our stay in Kennebunkport. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Great shower! Lovely pool. Staff could not be friendlier. Free breakfast was a plus. Quiet location out of the busy town. We will definitely stay there again.

Very clean hotel but uncomfortable mattress.
This hotel was only a few minutes from downtown Kennebunkport. It was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The price was right and they provided a swimming pool and a continental breakfast. However, the mattress was very hard.

Very friendly. Owner, Sophie, even helped us get restaurant reservations. Very clean, pool delightful. Close to center of Kennebunkport. Short drive to almost everything. Really enjoyed. Quick to solve any issue, always someone available!!!

We stayed for three nights, proximity to town was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The king size bed was comfortable as was the aesthetics of the room. Heated pool and a nice continental breakfast.

This property is ideally located in an area that is quiet and idyllic. Close to shopping and nature/beaches. Recommend this spot for anyone to visit. Breakfast was amazing.
