Stayed here one night to attend a concert at the Moda Center. Overall, the hotel was okay. The valet is overpriced and slow; definitely would not do again. They made our arrival somewhat awkward - asked if we were valet, asked for the room number we didn't have yet, had to check-in and go back to find someone to give the number to (even the person at the front desk said they shouldn't have taken our car without the room number). The valet my husband spoke to was absent-minded and made me hesitant to leave our car with them. My husband had to give him the same info over and over because he didn't pay attention and then started writing it on his hand.
Besides that, the room was fine. I enjoyed the overall look of the room and hotel. Cleanliness probably could've been better. Dirty couches in lobby. The floors in the room were dirty (I dropped something and found old food or something of the sort by the bed). Cups for the coffee were ripped and wet for some reason, so we didn't use. My biggest complaint is the bathroom door. It's not a door, but rather two sliding "barn doors" that made sharing a room with friends uncomfortable since there was a gap and you could see into the bathroom. Not a whole lot of privacy.
Side notes: the ramen restaurant around the corner was good. Didn't do too much walking in that particular area but wouldn't recommend walking around at night. Noise levels seemed fine for a city, but we were in a room not facing the street.
