Bring back housekeeping/COVID is over. Or allow guests to choose when they check in. Rooms here are nicely kept by the cleaning staff at least. Tub even! We had a room that must be used for pets often as the carpet was heavily stained and coming unglued or something and wrinkled all over beneath us. Condition otherwise was ok-all but one usb charger ports was broken. And the unbroken one still had a broken piece hanging off. Also the resort fee-get rid of it! It’s not like you have a pool, hot tub, or other facilities to use. I swore there used to be bikes to borrow/but couldn’t find any such thing. Coffee isn’t even kept flowing all day. Valet service left a lot to be desired esp for the price of $55/day. Our hotels discount wasn’t $15 discount per day for valet it was just $15 off. Again just bundle the whole cost into the room fees already. The pet hospitality was very appreciated even for a service dog/that was a nice touch. We like the room size, quietness, location, and size of the room. We’ll come back but still it could be better. Seems they run a skeleton crew-however staff was all very kind and helpful.
