Homeless people hanging around did not feel safe walking dogs on streets. Property was clean just the surrounding streets were dirty with litter and homeless people.

Nice hotel near airport with free airport shuttle. Good selection of breakfast food. Clean room with practical lay out. Wood flooring not carpet so better if you have allergies from dust. Window opens a bit for room ventilation. Basic amenities in room. Thank you for still giving out individual small bottles of shampoo, lotion, conditioner etc. more hygienic vs the kind you refill in the bathroom. Comfortable beds Beautiful outdoor patio to enjoy the sun and trees. Safe area. No restaurant on site but have vending machines and you can drive to restaurants/ mall in about 5 min. About 20 min to downtown. Good basic hotel to explore Portland or visit family.

The staff was friendly and the shuttle to the airport was the main reason I booked this hotel. I checked in, returned the rental car to the airport and the shuttle brought me back to the hotel. The next day the shuttle brought a group of us to the airport.

Very disappointing that a hotel near the airport which supposedly has breakfast included does not in fact have breakfast until 7 am. Supposedly there was a ‘grab and go’ but it consisted of 2 blueberry muffins available at 6:15 and a bowl with 4-5 apples. Hotel was clean but showing signs of aging

The only issue I had with this hotel is that even if you have to do not disturb sign on the door housekeeping is knocking on the door at 8am. I got in late (early) each night so put the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still woke me up. It was frustrating

It was very noisy! We could hear people walking above us. The doors closing next to us is very loud, woke us up from sleeping. The airplanes flying in and out at night while we slept kept us awake. It was the loudest accommodation I’ve ever experienced in my years of travel. Other than that the room we stayed in was clean.

What I didn’t like about this place is the fact that I had to pay additionally for parking. This isn’t a parking garage, simply your normal hotel parking lot.

I loved it was close to the airport. The convenient free shuttle was amazing. All the staff was so nice, from the front desk to housekeeping. The onsite restaurant was convenient and delicious. Alee (?) was very sweet. My little girlnfell asleep and she brought food up to our room for us.

Didn't like to spend extra $ for parking on the night of my stay. I understand the need to pay extra leaving car there, but should be part of the lodging fee for the night. At least disclose this on the reservation. Also, the airducts / room air conditioners need cleaning. Room smelled somewhat old & musty, had to have window open the entire cold night to offset this.
