Don’t use the AC
Pretty sure the air was either broken or barely functional. Sounded like a rocket was going to take off. Had to turn it off.

We have stayed at this hotel several times because we were in town for concerts. However this time, I am not sure what happened but the flushing of the toilet was all messed up; the lights/lamps in the room did not have bulbs, none of the electrical outlets on both the bedside tables and lamps were not working and finally the desk was barely standing on 4 legs, it was so wiggly.

So, I have stayed at this place a few times, and it has been ok up until this last weekend. The air heater unit kept making a noise throughout the night which was so loud and disturbing. It had me up and ready to run out of there several times throughout the night.

Airport shuttle great; not a free breakfast
Overall a good stay. Airport shuttle was prompt at the hour, and the driver helped with our bags. Rooms were clean. They do charge for breakfast: $10 for pastries, fruit, and cereal, $15 for eggs and bacon fare (which is only served weekdays as of 9/10/2022), so be aware of that. It is in an industrial/commercial area, so be prepared for big trucks on the main road.

Placed smelled like marijuana more often than not. A breakfast was suppose to be provided everyday, but Cereal was the only option. Homeless people camped out outside the back street of The hotel.

We hope to fully staff our kitchen crew so we can provide our usual Garden Inn breakfast seven days a week. Sorry to have disappointed you, we are doing all we can.

No restaurant
I specifically booked this hotel bc of the restaurant. When i arrived, restaurant wasn't in operatio and that should be disclosed to hotels.com. i would have gone somewhere else. Bathroom sink had huge cracks in it. No showercap offeted. There were 2 bottles of water in the room but no signage if bottles were free. Bed and pillows comfortable. TV worked and the room was quiet.

Pleasant stay
It was a wonderful stay. As I worried because of the midnight arrival, the driver picked me up within 5 min from when I called to the front desk. Spacious room with nice bed to begin with, I was refresh every day to recharge my energy to the following day. Everybody who works this hotel seems to know what he/she is doing plus can-do attitude was a pleasant one. Full breakfast was nice as well. Again, thank you very much for the wonderful stay.

At one point we did have door stops on the bathroom doors but guests would leave them propped open, then when opening the entry door the doorknob was striking the bath door and creating holes in them I hope that you enjoyed your stay in Portland!

When I called to let them know that I would be late checking in, the person at the front desk did not tell us about the airport shuttle. It took 15 minutes to check in at 1 AM. Fine for the price and convenience.

Great for pre or post flight.
Great shuttle to the airport. Midweek there was free breakfast but not anything but coffee on weekends. We were told there would be breakfast so we didn’t allow time for McDonald’s. They did have snacks for sale as well as beer and wine. The room was clean, very comfortable.

Thank you for staying with us. We do currently provide guests with breakfast 7 days a week, although the weekend breakfast does start at a later time in the morning. Next time you can also request a Grab-and-Go be made for you ahead of time for an early flight. Thank you for your review.

Frogs and flowers!
Just a quick overnight after a post midnight arrival, but a good sleep and lovely surroundings. Frogs singing as we arrived in the dark, friendly front desk.

There's a couple fast food places, a sports bar, a Starbucks and a convenience store nearby, plus the hotel does a small breakfast with coffee, pastry and fruit. Pretty quiet considering it's under the flight path. A mysterious creek runs behind the property.

Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Loved shuttle service, was excellent, loved this convenience. Room clean and beds very comfortable. Free breakfast was very nice as I didn’t know area well. Also a very well equipped and clean fitness room. Only downside of my stay was WiFi was not working day we arrived and was spotty and very slow.

Sink hole beds
The lobby was welcoming and the front desk was nice. The only problem we had was our double beds in our room was really uncomfortable. Both beds had a sink hole in the middle. We did not sleep well.
