Hotel cleanliness

It seemed like the maid didn't clean thoroughly, found a green dental pick behind the door and it was still there after the three night stay. The inside of the room door had oily handprints near the peep hole and door lock fixtures. The bed sheets didn't feel clean and fresh.

I am so sorry that you experienced this issue on your stay. Please rest assure I have spoken with my head housekeeping about this, to make sure that all housekeeping staff is cleaning the room as thoroughly as that are required to do. Again I am so sorry.

Dont stay here

Called prior to arrival to let them know that I was asthmatic and could not have my room cleaned with any cleaners that contained perfumed substances. when I arrived they could not find anything in the computer about my request. Had to wait a long time for them to decide which room they could put me in (one that had not been used or cleaned for a long period). The TV did not work and when I called the front desk they told me there was no one available to look at it. In the morning at checkout I was presented a bill for $33.22 that they said was not covered by Expedia. They charged my credit card and I am in the process of disputing the charge through my bank. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS FACILITY!

Great stay, great staff

All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The reason for the lower rating on "Hotel Facilities, Condition" is simply because the building was undergoing renovations during my stay. This did not have any meaningful impact on my stay though. I would definitely stay at this location again.

It was close to the airport.

Treated us very well. We were one day late do to airplane problems and they were very helpful

Stay only if you have no other option

It is under major renovation. The rooms are very old. The bathtub plug would not open. Water clogged. Breakfast was good

Short stay

The front of the hotel was under renovations so it looked different than I expected. The lobby is small and extremely out dated. But our room was updated, clean and comfy. Breakfast was good, nice variety.
