Great location very close to the airport. Staff was great. Restaurant food was nice. Had club access. Great server and very relaxing. King suite is very nice. Only bad is that the water is shut off in the morning at 8 am. Will need to plan accordingly. Would have been nice to know.
This is a great airport hotel. Super clean and updated and even has good food. The shuttle to the airport is available anytime and worked like a charm. If you have a quick trip to Portland and need the convenience of staying but the airport, I highly recommend this hotel.
The room was comfortable. Facilties are clean even if a bit dated. Restaurant was good for a hotel. Charged a higher rate than posted for parking even when pointed out at check-in. Management and housekeeping was completely unresponsive to many messages about a lost and found item that was urgently needed. Service was very lacking for the rate paid.

Paid for Suite got a king room. The clerk said I should call expedia and ask for refund..... After going back and forward I got my suite. Needed to stay a few more days, when I asked if I can keep the room, was told that is not available even that I can go online and rent another suite for the days I need it. Hotel is clean but front desk is no help.
Decent stay overall. First room we were given had a broken AC … instead of moving us they sent a repairman… kind of strange. Claimed to be fixed, and it wasn’t. Still had to request a move to another room. Once in a cool room it was fine.
Very comfortable place to stay close to the airport. Our room was clean and quite comfortable. A couple of downsides, though: the A/C was on the noisy side and vents were quite dirty. It is also worth noting that the elevators to the guest rooms aren’t terribly close to the lobby. Not a deal killer, but worth noting if you’re lugging heavy bags.
As a Gold member I’m pretty disappointed that when using rewards I was put in the what I imagine is the worst room in the hotel. Top floor, longest walk, facing the runway. Shower was slow draining, toilet flushes poorly. Bad use of my rewards
It was gross. Hair in bed, hair all over bathroom...tub. floor, etc.!!! The Tv came on automatically at 3.a.m and lit up the room. The remote was on dresser so yes, it was automatic. Disruptive and creepy.
They've recently upgraded the lobby and bar. Much nicer. My only complaint was that the power outlet on the bedside table didn't work, so I couldn't charge my phone and use it as a clock at the same time.
The room I was in has not been maintained in 30 years. The carpet was so greasy and sticky, I had to put my sheets on the floor to walk on it. The comforter was a vinyl material and very stained -see picture. This did not seem to be a house keeping issue, the bathroom was clean. This is a management and an upkeep issue. I paid $242 a night for this room. Do not stay in this hotel.
A great hotel to stay in while traveling in the Portland area! Comfortable rooms and low noise considering it's next to the runway. They do put earplugs in the room for anyone who is a lighter sleeper.
A nice restaurant with good food and excellent service is available. And Starbucks brand coffee in their coffee shop, with quick bites for the morning!
