Very convenient!

Pros: VERY convenient. Good price and clean
Good experience for the price. Clean and friendly. Only comment is if you aren't going to be out of the room early try not to get 117 across from the breakfast. No brainer but you won't get much more sleep when the waffle buzzer consistently goes off.

Close to airport, freeway and rental car locations

The location of this hotel is great! It appears that they recently “upgraded/ renovated” they rooms but it’s just cosmetic. The bathroom needed simple repairs such as re-caulking of the tub, and a new exhaust fan. The room looked clean until I got to the bed and noticed a stand of hair on the sheets and what appeared to be make up marks on the pillow. I selected this hotel because of the price, I didn’t expect it to be a 5 star hotel. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

Adequate hotel near the airport

Evening staff was rude and not helpful. Check in was slow. I was not aware I would have to have a credit card in my name (not my maiden name) with a chip in it or pay an additional $100 cash deposit. Breakfast was included. Morning staff was much more friendly. I doubt I will be staying here next time I'm in town due to the poor way I was treated by the evening manager.

Our hotel only takes debit or credit bank cards with chips only and the ID has to match card to prevent fraud. Close to the Portland airport

Cons: Staff attitude, charges for parking, not many amenities at this location.
Location: It is near Cascade Landing so there are shops, including Target, and some eateries.
When searching online, be sure to make sure everything that is mentioned, actually is what the hotel offers. After searching for "free parking" for park, sleep, fly, I checked in only to find out there was an additional daily charge for parking while I would be gone. The front desk clerk was very curt about it, and said, "well, lots of people make that mistake". Maybe a clearer picture of what is really happening needs to be shared. ( The clerk in the morning when I checked out was very sweet!) The walls are quite thin, so besides the planes since it is near to the airport, the snoring next door was easily heard. The sink faucet dripped which could be heard in the night. That was shared with the clerk in the morning so maintenance could take care of it. It was chilly but when turning on the heat, it didn't have a pleasant odor, so I turned it back off. I have stayed here before and thought it to be a good hotel, but this was not a pleasant visit.

Adequate but

Appearance was fine but room had a bad smell, dirty stale smell that kept waking me up. Otherwise everything was fine.

Free ride to PDX.

Pros: Free ride to PDX.
Cons: Cleaner carpet and tile.
The carpet was stained in several places. There was an elecrical equipment room next door and it was very noisy all night long.
