Close to airport

Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Rooms need to be updated - patch job on the ceiling in the bathroom. No elevator.
Unfriendly person at the desk for check in. Room condition was OK. Good thing it was only for one night; we probably would have changed hotels if it was for a longer stay.

Dirty Hotel!!

No wake up call that we asked for, front desk clerk was not friendly. Bathroom ceiling in room was full of black mold!!! Piece broken off bottom of tub.

The rooms were nice but the pillows were a little flat. Great parking area. Breakfast was ok but no variety.

Pros: The Staff was Awesome, very accommodating.
Could do better on the Continental breakfast offered and make sure it's fully stocked so it doesn't run out and people are waiting on everything....

Close to Airport

Pros: proximity to airport
We arrived quite late (near midnight) and we were pleased that this location is very close to the airport, yet quiet enough for us to get our rest. The downside was the only remaining rooms were on the front parking lot, below ground level, a little noisy in the morning, and directly across from the "breakfast" room. The breakfast was really no more than coffee, cold cereal, and there might have been donuts....can't remember (did not leave a big impression) and our proximity to this area made it a little noisy. easy to grab a cup of coffee, but not ideal. Our room had no tissues, but at that hour, we were too tired to protest...so toilet paper it was!

Hotel sheets were not clean, towels were not clean and had a musky smell, the mattress was enerven and had a lump that made it hard to sleep in

Breakfast Bust

The 'breakfast' was cereal, juice, milk and a waffle iron that kept most of the waffle. Disappointing!

Better than sleeping on the street.

A bit on the pricey side considering the following: My family and I only stayed for a few hours. There was blood on the toilet from a previous occupant. The tub did not drain quickly so when shower was finished, I was standing in 3 inches of water. The breakfast sucked. However: The beds were comfortable, and bug free. The room had a coffee maker. It was much more comfortable than sleeping in the rental car.

Pros: It was very clean inside and out. The staff was very professional We were transported to the airport on time.
Cons: n/a
Location: We were visiting family in Salem. We did some sight seeing around Oregon and Washington.
We missed our flight on 6/28 and rebooked for 6/29 I called directly to the Super8 and made my reservation. The agent (I cannot recall her name) was very nice and cfm us a room for 6/29. But she did mention, that Expedia was going to charge us the full amount for not cancelling on 6/28. This did not make me very happy, especially since we could have gone some where else, but decided to stay at Super8.
