“Room was good, ants on first night in bathroom & heating a little noisy, but clean and well kept by staff. Staff were very friendly overall, the upkeep and docor of the hotel was beautiful. All inclusive, was worth it. The food was wonderful. Th entertainment a good touch, one pool cold and barely used, but the other was good.. the indoor pool area could be cleaner. Overall it was a wonderful stay. ”

“Rien a redire, tout était parfait de la chambre au restaurant, au spa, hammam, sauna. Le personnel est gentil, accueillant et souriant et au petit soin , vraiment au top! En janvier le parking souterrain sera opérationnel ainsi que le soin massage. A notre arrivée dans la chambre nous attendait une collation avec un bien de Madère de 10 ans d'âge vraiment excellent 😁. Le petit déjeuner et variés puis présenté avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Nous y étions pour la semaine de Noël et même……

The reception staff are simply amazing they even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival, told us everything we needed to know about the hotel and surrounding area. They have been so helpful, informative and generous, nothing was too much trouble. Sofia in particular helping us with our car hire needs.
