Pros: Everything! Great staff, room and overall experience.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Great food court connected to the hotel, not far from downtown, great mall across the street.
Quick check in, really accommodating with trying to find me a tour to go on and with my kosher dietary needs. Really just such a helpful and nice staff. Room was updated and clean, great shower and bathroom. The hotel is connected to this really awesome food court with all kinds of local food and fare, was really fun to just walk around and see the locals enjoying. Great hotel, would definitely stay again.

Pros: Clean , comfortable , good facilities , helpful staff .
Cons: The door handle on the shower is incredibly hard to pull open , it's too small when the seal on the door grips.
Location: hotel is a few minutes walk from metro casa da musica but 30-40min walk to the old quarter. Matasinhos beach and seafood bbq restaurants are amazing.
When we first arrived we were surprised by the noise level in the foyer but don't let this put you off ! The hotel is joined to a popular food hall serving a variety of food , sweets and drinks . Once in the hotel all is peaceful . The rooms are bright and airy , large enough but with a more spacious feel due to clever use of mirrors. Safe , fridge , tv with programmes in English with Portuguese subtitles ( which may be normal in Portugal ?) . Hotel restaurant is very good but definitely try Casa Agricola around the block , restaurant is amazing and bar food is great too.

Pros: Soft music in the background could be jazz, classical, samba. fado. Hotel da Musica lived up to it's name. The rear doors opened to a food hall and ma
Cons: The hotel was great except that the hot water for tea ran out every morning at breakfast. We told the staff and I'm sure they've sorted it out by now.
Location: Casa da Musica, Impressive. Great samba outdoor concert. Mercado with all sorts of food and drink plus two live Fado concerts. Amazing cemetery nearby
We loved it all and will go to Porto again. There's a lot to see. Walking is the best way to get around but public transport and taxis are good. We spent a lot of time in Ribeiro, Trindade, Bento and Gaia so we could use another hotel closer to those areas next time. lots of good places to eat. The interactive history museum is excellent.

Hotel is in a decent location. Easy access to the Metro to get where you need to go. The adjacent shopping/food area is lovely with many options for all eaters. The hotel itself is a cute concept. Staff was very helpful, particularly Pedro at the reception desk!

Overall great hotel: lots of space for a good price. The indoor market it's attached to is very interesting and good for a quick meal or an end-of-the-evening drink. Not too far from the city center, though you will probably need to use the train to get there.
