Excellent location, walking distance from the train station (São Bento). Attentive staff. Room isn't well it and the bathroom lacks space to lay out or hang your stuff. Also, one more mirror in the room would be useful.

Amazing property very close to sao bento station. Staff was great very informative the young gentleman in the front desk gave us a lot of recommendations. Room was big and comfortable. I loved this hotel.

Ideal and Perfect location in Porto!
The staff was so welcoming when we arrived. Our rooms were ready, the rooms were well appointed and the daily breakfast was perfect. The property is also ideally located and we were able to walk everywhere. The staff also went above and beyond to secure our wine tasting in Douro Valley - which was a highlight! We will be back for sure!

Wow, so glad we picked this hotel! First, its decorated beautifully! Very modern and clean (lobby, restaurant, and rooms). Second, the location was great! It was central to everything a tourist would want to see (which is important because walking in this town with all the hills can be tough). Lastly, and perhaps the thing that stood out the most was the service. The front desk staff were incredible! Not only were they incredibly professional and friendly but they made EXCELLENT recommendations. Do not skip out on asking them for meal recommendations or tour suggestions. If you're considering staying here just book it, its hard to imagine having a bad experience here.
