Pros: location, Cons: lack of care and respect with the guests. I made a mistake on my check Out day and when I arrived from a half day trip all my belongings were not in the room, I couldn’t even get in there..They took some of my things without even letting me go back there to get them.. they put me on a tiny room and charged me double what my rate was. The front desk staff said everything was taken from the room and when I asked please double check again because I was missing important belongings they brought me my car keys, my company badget.. they didn't check all the spots and told me they did.
That put me on a unnecessary stress.. I felt desperate about losing my car and home keys, my company’s badget.. this simply destroyed my new years eve.
They should never touch my belongings and move them out without me. Staff told me they called me to let me know .. but didn’t get any calls or emails asking permission to move my luggage and touch my belongings, including my underwear's..etc...
If the room was going to get occupied by other guest, they could have explained the situation to the new guests and place them somewhere else until I arrived. This would not hurt the hotel...some hours Wouldnt hurt. This was extremely poorly handled.. I do not recommend a customer service like that..
