Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.
If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, you will incur a charge (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – price upon consultation.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses amounting to €270. If this amount is exceeded, the additional costs will be paid by the guest.
The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a collaborator for an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
