Excellent Hotel

Pros: Everything.
Cons: We did have to move rooms due to an issue with an alarm, however that was a minor quibble.
Location: A short walk to the metro and a lovely Zen garden
Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The spa was a great way to unwind. The bar staff always remembered what drinks we wanted without being prompted, the sign of attentive staff and excellent customer service. The concierge was very helpful with directions and recommendations.

Nice, clean room. Was close to the elevator (room 306) but was very quiet. A bit dark in the room - could use brighter light bulbs but that is really the only complaint. Great restaurant on site

Pros: room size
Cons: -more consistent cleaning -my room door was left open all day after cleaning, not a pleasant surprise after a long work day -more safe maintainance
Location: Casa da Musica , Supermarket are close
-my room door was left open all day after cleaning, not a pleasant surprise after a long work day -staff had to come to the room 3x to service the safe, replace batteries etc +good room service + food +nice spa & gym

Nice hotel. A bit out of the city but close enough

Lovely hotel. Great spa and facilities. Restaurant food was excellent. Highly recommend doing the wine cellar tasting menu - 58 Euros and a lot of wine.
