When you need a quick place to stay

The towels were stained and dirty. It is not the worse I have been to but not the best either. The manager was nice.

One night stay

Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Update the bathroom and repair the exterior door
Location: Convenient to the highway and downtown
We stayed just for the night while visiting friends, the room seemed to be clean and the bed was mostly comfortable. Being December and a colder night more than normal, the room stayed room despite the gap under the door we had to put a towel against to keep the cold air from blowing in.

Nice staff but old/dirty rooms

The "clean" sheets were old and probably needed a replacement. They were stained, we requested cleaner sheets the next day, they took care of immediately, but why would you put stained sheets on in the first place. I hate to say but i think the comforters and heavy blankets haven't been washed in a while. It was a Non-smoking room but reeked of smoke. We slept with windows and fan on, it was cold. The rug was just disgusting, it's old and does need a replacement. It was a pet room and I don't think the carpet had ever been cleaned. My dog went nuts smelling the carpet and comforters. When I went to shower one of the clean towels had a huge black stain across it, clearly shouldn't have been given out. We aren't picky just want a clean room, we paid over 300 dollars for two nights, I expected so much more for the price. The kids hated it, but hubby and I were just disappointed. It was the only hotel available that's why we stayed. Everything was sold out. We booked here early, the pictures showed big beautiful rooms. Definitely deceiving. Breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast, but wished they kept up with the demands, they ran out pretty quickly.

Overpriced hotel for what you get.

Check in was a breeze and only took moments after presenting my ID. The gentlemen at the desk at big was amazing and sweet. The room was a disappointment. It had a must smell and was outdated. The room had obviously been clean but the couch had rips in the fabric and was worn out, the bathroom floor was sticky, the sheets and towels were clean but many had stains on them. The pillows need an update too and were very uncomfortable. There is very minimal outlets in the room and I had to unplug the light to plug in the coffee maker. The breakfast selection consisted of stale mini donoughts and bagels, sugary cereals, and scrambled eggs. (And all good must be consumed in the dining area.. no taking it back to your room to relax) I have stays in better hotels for $60/night.. this was double that and a disappointment.

It's ok......

Pros: the breakfast was ok
Cons: the bathrooms could be cleaner
Location: I went to the hampton beach seafood fest.
My family and I went to the hampton beach fest, and all the hotels were booked and this was the closest one that wasn't booked, even though it was 30 min away. The staff was very nice, and let us check in early! the rooms were ok , but the bathroom was dirty and there was hair all over the floor. We only spent one night. the breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs and a self serve waffles.

Good location, comfortable stay

This is an aging facility that does not have a very good appearance but the room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the pool could use a lot of work. We did not go in the pool because it did not look clean. Based on this I couldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Smelly-Dirty

Pros: Location to family
Cons: A overall cleaning would be nice.
Room smelled like smoke and the bathroom was nasty. Very disappointed.

Cons: Clerk would not print me a receipt. Would only send it to emai.
Location: N/A
Mattress was very uncomfortable. Very noisy......room on one side - residents were "very busy" all night. Room on other side - residents were fighting all night.

My husband and I only spent one night there we were attending a friend's funeral. We found the hotel reasonably priced and clean. It was not fancy but great for what we needed. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good. I would stay there again if I needed a hotel in that area.

I would think Expedia would check out motel better

Pros: they promised a refund, haven't got as yet
Cons: the whole place
Location: close to highway and shopping
staff was nice, however very disappointed in our first room, in middle of reno and had bedbugs. Very disappointed. waiting for refund. We stayed in another room(I checked it out thoroughly) and choose to stay being late and holiday weekend, however bed was horriable and couldn't sleep because of bed and bugs.
