Fantastic experience!
My wife and I stayed here with another couple for a concert. They did such a great job renovating the place. It’s so cute and has everything you could need. Nice big deck out back. If I recall, it’s about an 8 or 9 min walk to the beach by the Casino. I think even shorter if you take the road to the Ashworth. Excellent communication with the owner as well. Located in a very nice neighborhood, too. Would definitely come back here.

We loved this cottage! Four ladies spent a couple of nights during our exploration of Nee England. It was a great location to the beach, perfect for playing cards and completing puzzles, and cozy enough to feel like home. We all agree we would stay there again with friends or our families. Coffee lovers - go check out Flamingos!!

We walked in to find all the comforts of home. We were a party of 5 and we had plenty of room.....in the car now heading home and booking for a 2024 stay. We were a 10 min walk from everything. Cant wait for the next time.

Wonderful cottage in nice neighborhood with a short walk to the beach!
Cottage is immaculate, comfortable, great beach vibe & has everything anyone could need. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, & less than an hour to Salem, MA. Being able to take our little dog was really nice. Host was great & we had no issues. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful place to stay; I’ll be back. I love Hampton Beach!

Wife, I & our Yorkie Jake had a great stay. House was close enough to beach & boardwalk but just far enough to get away from the hustle & bustle to relax. Beach was an easy walk and enjoyed chatting with other rental guests along the way. Looking forward to next years stay for Seafood Festival.

The perfect place to chill!
Cute and convenient! This cottage is adorable and had just what we needed for a couple nights away to catch a show at the Casino Ballroom (walking distance). I loved all of the beachy touches and the cute little welcome basket of water and snacks and a booklet with all of the surrounding restaurants and calendar of events :) Julie was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. While the cottages are close together we still had our privacy on the deck to enjoy some cocktails and charcuterie. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Would definitely stay again.
