The hotel staff was great. The rooms were clean and linens and towels were premium. The only issue was the carpeting in the hallways. They need to be changed. But they are planning as they are renovating. The breakfast was very good too.
We loved everything about this hotel. The setting is amongst trees, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and upbeat. Minor problem-I left my phone charger and called to pick it up before I left NH and was told it was in the housekeeping closet and they didn't have a key for ...
I was in town for a funeral. My stay at the Ports Inn could not have been more comforting. Great location. Room clean. Amenities very useful. The lobby staff were so helpful. Megan and Mary thank you so much. When I return to Portsmouth this where I will stay.
The location was the best part of staying at this motel. Even though it claimed to be smoke free, my room smelled of smoke and I could smell cigarette smoke at night as some guests were smoking just outside of my room. The room was otherwise clean and the beds were comfortable.
The hotel is nice and I would stay there again, but I would not want a room near the elevators again. The elevators are extremely noisy, and kept us awake the entire night. Every time someone stopped on our floor, it literally sounded like someone was banging on our wall. For over $200/night I would ...
Walked into the lobby and was very impressed...the whole hotel was very clean and surprisingly nice ...from the staff at the desk to the valley to the bar .......everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming... Already booking another weekend
I came to the area to visit a relative in Portsmouth but had previously stayed there and wanted to try someplace new. I had heard of the school and this inn looked welcoming, so I decided to try it out. It is historic but cozy, well appointed with updated bathrooms and exceptional cleanliness. I ...
My company booked a two week stay for me as I visited from New York City for training. Two weeks turned into three and I can't think of anywhere else I would have rather been. From the room which was spacious from top to bottom and fully stocked with everything you need to feel comfortable away from ...
We spent one week at the hotel and appreciated the extra space and convenience of two rooms and kitchen. All of the staff were really helpful with special mentions to Deb at reception and Cindy who hosted the evening social. The shuttle service was excellent and we used it to get in and out of the ...
This was a good hotel for a one night stay at the end of a trip to New England, with flight out to Boston the next morning. My only wish is that we had not been assigned an accessible room. It worked okay, but my preference is a non-accessible room, primarily for a bathroom that is more suited to ...
Hotels are high priced so for that reason, this is a good alternative. To clean and comfy. Noise carries quite loudly through the walls, could hear the neighbors talking.
We found the room clean and the staff extremely professional and helpful. Easy access to area and surrounding highways
A perfect place for a one night stay to celebrate the end of the summer. More than comfortable room with a spectacular view.
Great hassle free stay. Some guests were a bit loud the night we were there, but the noise subsided relatively early. Staff was fantastic and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy!
It was very clean, very nice receptionist, beds are very comfortable. I would recommend the motel to anyone needing a place close to resturants and activities.
