Cons: When your staff/housekeeping notices a problem, to speak up about it instead of waiting for the guests to address it.
I was arriving back to my hotel at 4pm to get ready for a 5pm wedding, when our room keys didn't work. I went down to the front desk and told them it wasn't working, and they issued me new keys. Got back up to the third floor to find out those keys would not work either. Went back down to the front desk and told them it still wasn't working and I was in a rush and needed to get dressed for the wedding. After about a 5 minute wait, she escorted me up to my room with some device to unlock my room. The whole process took about 20-25 minutes in total, which was really disappointing and frustrating when I needed that 20-25 min to get into my room. They finally fixed the problem, but when we got into our room at 4:30pm, house keeping hadn't come by to give us any fresh towels, etc. and when they saw us get let in they asked us if we needed towels, that they couldn't get into our room earlier. If they had known there was a problem with our lock I wish they would have addressed it instead of waiting for us to address the issue when we got back to our room, since we were in such a rush to get ready. Instead they just seemed to ignore it and let us deal with the issue which was extremely frustrating. Lots of stress was added to my experience from this situation, and I believe that the lock pad just needed new batteries. A simple fix that took way too long and could have been avoided if the housekeeping spoke up when they tried to get in there earlier.

Super endroit pour loger. Environ 20 minutes de voiture des plages d'Ogunquit et Moody Beach. Les prix sont compétitifs. L'endroit est tres propre et accueillant :)

We paid more for a night stay here than we did at the Hyatt Regency in Boston the next night. The room was clean but small. Bathroom was very dated with fresh caulking lining the tub. The place needs a makeover if you're going to command that price.

Chaotic and unprofessional

The check-in was very chaotic as staff couldn't confirm that rooms were ready for guests and fumbled to explain what was happening. It seemed like no one was in charge. Where was management if this was such a peak time? Not visible. I would forgive this if for the rest of the time the front desk staff wasn't so unprofessional and unengaged. Just a really weak operation. I didn't have super high expectations but I've never had such a bad service experience at any hotel.

The bathtub drain was totally clogged. I hate standing in water when I'm taking a shower and not a bath!
