Great boutique hotel option in the heart of historic Portsmouth. Staff is friendly and attentive. The spacious room (#15) was nicely furnished, with a comfortable king sized bed. Nespresso coffee and a tea pot in the room. A few more options in the lobby. Parking is an adventure is you don’t opt for valet—which isn’t available between 7 pm and 8 am. They provide maps of local lots. We will definitely book here next time!

Was a perfect location to walk around downtown. we went to a show at the music hall and we could not have been any closer! We loved it. The staff was aces, super helpful and friendly! From check in to check out we could not have been happier!
