Portsmouth is a beautiful town in New Hampshire that has great coffee, beautiful old buildings, and quirky shops. Take your time walking through this town, especially if you're lucky enough to have a sunny day like I did. #patterns #red Sail Portsmouth 2016

#tallships Sea smoke is fog which is formed when the air temperature is significantly colder than the ocean temperature.
It was 1 degree F with a -14 windchill this morning. I couldn't feel my face nor fingers, but the ocean sure looked pretty. In the summer of 2012 Artist James Ayer started constructing rock towers along the rocky outcrop along Odiorne Point beach. Nowadays, you will find many visitors of this beach constructing and leaving behind their own tower. And at any given time you will see 50-100+ towers standing alongside the beautiful ocean scenery. On our way to the Isle of Shoals we pass by the Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse. A small alleyway I found while wandering around Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Our last 'journey' in 2016 was a day trip to two towns along the New England coastline. It was an unplanned expedition on Christmas Day, and things was deserted. But that allowed us to hop, skip and jump around as if we owned those places! Here's to planning a year of exciting travels. We can hardly wait.
#Winterwonder New Year's Day sunrise.
#BeachBound #Sunrise #lighthouse The best part of exploring the New England towns in winter? Ghostly, but you have it all to yourself to photograph, even if that means standing on the middle of a street for a perfect angle :)
#WinterWonder #VisitNH #Portsmouth Good lobsters! BRGR Bar where you can have ADULT MILKSHAKES! :) This one has tequila in it. Yuuummm cafe patron! #localgem Consistently great lobster rolls and chowder. Beers aren't bad either! Finish it with some homemade pie overlooking the water. Come see this fort and lighthouse on coast guard property but open to the public. #StunningStructures #WeekendGetaway #Colorful View of lighthouse from fort window. Both on coast guard property but open to the public. #StunningStructures #WeekendGetaway #Colorful A winter day in Portsmouth, NH A winter day in Portsmouth, NH After having lunch on one of the many outdoor restaurant decks, it's always fun to stroll down Ceres St. and take a look at the Portsmouth Tug Boats.
First time in Portsmouth was last summer and I was blown away at how wonderful this town is. Great shopping, nice bakeries, and if you go you have to stop by the Portsmouth brewing company. Food was stellar and the beer was excellent!
#newengland #daytrip #lighthouselover Funky place and great menu... Complete with formica tables :)
Fried seafood combo ...not the healthiest dinner but sometimes...who cares it is Damn Good Delicious beers. Great music! New Castle Park, 2 light houses and a beach great spot right on the ocean Nice place for lunch Tugs docked off of Ceres St on Piscataqua River in Old Harbor This is Battery Farnsworth which can only view through a fence, next to Fort Constitution and Harbor lighthouse, at coast guard station. #StunningStructures #WeekendGetaway Pretty different for a fishy town!
