“Overall just excellent. The room is large with lots of natural lighting and a comfortable bed. Everything is very clean and well upkept. The staff is also very kind and helpful! The food at the restaurant is also sensational.”

“Clean room and breakfast. Fan provided. Easy parking on the main road, free. We were hoping to wash our clothes while staying there since laundry is listed 2x on Expedia amenities but it cost us an additional time and 10 euros at a laundromat. When asked they said to go to a laundromat and they don’t have it available. So their listing should be updated. Unfortunately their restaurant next door was closed during our stay. The front staff was only there at check in and we didn’t see them again……

“We stayed here one night before starting a 3-day trek in Picos de Europa. The hotel was charming, clean and comfortable, the staff was really helpful, and there was free parking across the street where we were able to leave our car during our trek. Las Arenas is a cute mountain town, and everything was easily walkable, including an excellent restaurant across the street, and a bus we took to Sotres for the start of our hike.”

“Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y……

“Es por mucho la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida en un hotel, reservamos y pagamos la habitación por adelantado, cuando llegamos al hotel a hacer el check in a las 11:00 de la noche nos recibió el dueño del hotel y no paró de gritarnos e insultarnos argumentando que la hora máxima para el check in era a las 9:30 de la Noche y que así estaba en las políticas (esto es correcto, nosotros no vimos este horario y llegamos más tarde). Esta persona agarrandose de esto, no dejó que nos……

“La carretera hasta llegar al alojamiento es un poco delicada para la gente que no le gusta mucho las curvas, pero el esfuerzo de recorrerla mereció la pena. Está situado en un enclave privilegiado, rodeado de montañas y naturaleza, con unas vistas espectaculares desde su terraza. Se respira mucha paz y sosiego, es un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la zona rural de Asturias. Estuvimos muy cómodos, la habitación estaba bien equipada. Despertar viendo las vistas fue una genial……
