Scary hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: the whole hotel.
Location: It was on the corner of two busy streets.
Hotel didn't look like picture. It looked like it was deserted. We were to scared to stay there. Gsp even had a hard time finding the place.

Nice location near many historic attractions

Enjoyed a nice breakfast buffet at the hotel before touring area historic attractions like the Daniel Boone homestead,Hopewell Furnaces, Colebrookdale Railroad all nearby.

Hotel staff was very nice room was clean but hotel needs renovations badly.

Not what I expected

I stay in hotels 35 to 40 times a year. This day was less than good. Guest next to me was involved in an argument with their spouse. Which escalated into a full-blown assault outside the door. I called the police, assault continue for 15 to 20 minutes before police arrived. Also air conditioner did not remove all of humidity from the room

A nightmare at the Quality Inn Pottstown!!!

There are many issues in this hotel that need to be addressed i was there 9 days and it felt like a sentence. First 4 days had issues 3 times with flooding toilet backing up. I was eventually moved and to another room where the refrigerator was half the size of the one i had the phone did not work the sink was plugged and water wiuld fill it as i brushed my teeth, the tank from the toilet was not filling up with enough water to flush it and also was getting plugged up i had to keep the plunger in the room. When I addressed the manager he was very arrigant made me feel like i was instigating the problems i was having he offered choice points as compensation and acted as if he was doing me a favor. I called him after I checked out to discuss theose issues and he was very rude argumentative and disrespectful i will never stay in a choice hotel again just based on my horrible experience with this particular hotel! The problems were so much I started to feel like i was doing something wrong!

Great Facility for the Price!

Stayed here for four days while on business in Oaks, PA. Price for was great and facility was in very good shape. My first impression when arriving was that it appeared a bit isolated and off the beaten track. I ended up driving around the whole facility to find the office. Once I got checked in all was OK! The room was quite nice and very clean. Furnishings were modern except the bedspread and chair looks like it was from a different era than the rest of the decor. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I plan on staying there again in March for several days.
