The hotel is a new, good service, parking and location. Breakfast was included and fair for the price. The TV could have more options. I will return on my next trips to Pouso Alegre.

Com um pouco de carinho, pode melhorar
Conheço outra unidade da mesma rede e posso afirmar que, embora a arquitetura seja padronizada, não há comparação entre os serviços prestados por ambas. Na unidade de Pouso Alegre falta limpeza. Ao meio-dia ninguém ainda tinha se aproximado da aérea de lazer para limpar a piscina (que reunia nódoas visíveis de gordura de protetor solar) e recolher pratos de lanches comidos por hóspedes na noite anterior. As cortinas estavam sujas, o lençol manchado, as toalhas surradas, a borracha do frigobar cheia de fungos, o gramado do estacionamento cheio de lixo. Em contrapartida, tomamos dois bons e belos drinks preparados por um barman no final da tarde. O hotel é bem localizado e aceita pets. E o café da manhã estava muito bom! A unidade precisa de gerência e treinamento de pessoal. É possível e fácil melhorar! Também sugiro a troca das cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras da área da piscina por outras cujo material de fabricação não absorva o calor. Em contato com elas um idoso ou uma criança (que tenham menos reflexos) podem sofrer uma queimadura, porque o alumínio e o plástico chegam a temperaturas altíssimas!
