Pros: The breakfast and nice cool room was the best part.
Cons: The lady at the front desk needed help.
Location: Not too much to do within walking distance but just a short drive away.
Good experience. Room was comfortable and clean. The girl at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. My boys and my trip to San Diego was great partly because we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Pros: Clean, spacious, quiet.
Cons: If it were possible, breakfast option in the room. I was not able to make the buffet because of my schedule that day. It sounded great, though.
Location: Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Closer to the 15 freeway there appeared to be a few good restaurants to choose from.
The facility is very nice and exceptionally clean. Comfortable and spacious. Business center and free parking a plus. Full breakfast - buffet style. Not just OJ and a croissant. It was a little distance from the 15 fwy, but it was quiet. Good for resting. Hotel staff, vendors and housekeeping were very nice.

The beds were not comfortable. Shower's water was so slow.

Amazing hotel, location and experience! I would stay here again. Its was very clean and the free breakfast was a plus.

We were charged 40.00 more than what we were told and what our reciept said, for a room with no ac...i woke up sweating like a pig and will never recommend or stay at this place myself again!!

Out Stay was very short. I did not like the heavy bed topper. I folded it to the side & used the sheet & extra blanket in the closet. I also did not like the heater and air coming on automatically. I know you are trying to make the rooms as comfortable as possible which isn't easy for so many rooms. I also could have called the front desk to ask how I could control the air & heat or the fan. The toilet seat in room 240 was loose.

The staff was very helpful and courteous! Nice hotel, and room was very clean, my son loved the pool, and breakfast was good (nice selection) and we woke up late! I would definitely recommend! Good central location to downtown San Diego and North County for Zoo Safari park!
