Just wow; unexpected find in Central Oregon

It's not really fair to call this place a hotel, this is resort living. I was expecting to stay in a hotel-like setting in the main lodge building, but they put me up in a cabin/bungalow that was split in 4 individual rooms. Very quiet and secluded. If you stay here on a business trip, plan to spend some time on the grounds to just enjoy. The restaurant and bar are open from 7 AM to 9 PM (the 2nd restaurant was already closed for the fall/winter season). I went on a short hike up to Spirit Rock--very easy, 3/4 mile each way from the lodge, I did it in jeans and casual shoes. There's a love seat and fire pit up top too! I'll definitely plan to enjoy the awesome pool(s) next time.
