Newly renovated. Great breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Our room did have a funny smell. The blanket on the bed had a big stain on it. Overall a good experience!

The staff was very nice and the parking was good. Everything was good except for the bed wasn't long enough, (my feet were about sticking over the end of the bed, I'm 6') plus the sheets felt too small for the bed & they were "messing" with us all night. Everything was really good except for that & a slow elevator. The breakfast was good too. Over-all we had a very good stay. :)

I've stayed here previously and had a great experience. This experience, not so much. The young lady at check-in was very nice, but our A/C didn't work in the room. When we called down, the night shift gentleman acted like we were not very intelligent explaining to us how to operate the unit. He finally comes to the room to "teach" us how to operate the unit and determines it is broken. He then offers to get us a fan and about 15 minutes later he calls to say they don't have any. He'll have someone check it tomorrow. The following morning a new gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and assured me it would be corrected. I will acknowledge the unit was fixed the next day and worked well the second day. Things happen that are out of the control of the staff at times, but the lack of tact is controllable. I would stay here again, but I also want to complete an honest review. This is a great location, safe, and quiet with easy access to food and entertainment.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Even the guests chimed in pleasantly. The bed didnt hurt my back and didn't feel like a box (I'm super picky) and the pillows were decent. I brought my own but didn't bring them in. I enjoyed the hot tub and the pool after a long drive. I felt safe in the area its located in with the parking lot well lit. There is plenty of grass space for dogs. I would stay there again!

10 out of 10 This is definetly a 5 star hotel. Super.clean, comfy beds, slick modern design and great overall decor. Plus full breakfast bar with everything from eggs and sausage to bagels and cereal. We would definitely stop by again in the future. Highly recommend!!!!!

Front desk staff were great, breakfast was good, plenty of parking, and easy to get to from I-75. The hotel itself was clean and in good repair, but we had a pet room and it had a really bad odor, and the bathroom was dirty and definitely needs some updates. Our stay was fine. Would probably stay again.

Came for a wedding, stayed because of a stroke. The beds are very comfortable. It's pretty quiet. The staff are all very nice. My husband had a medical episode while we were there & they were very helpful with everything. Including that I was paying with points from different programs because I had to extend my stay much longer than expected. The staff was wonderful asking how my husband was doing. Even people I didn't know knew. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to the Knoxville area

I stay in hotels often. At least weekly. Everywhere I stay falls into a median budget range. This is the best hotel I've stayed in at this price range. It was very clean, the facilities were well kept and up to date, and the service was so wonderful. Even checking in at midnight the attendant was very friendly and cheerful. The next morning I was met by the same great attitude from a different gentleman. I will stay here from now on when in town!
