Comfortable beds

Disappointed

My the dirtiest bathroom I've ever seen in a Holiday Inn Express. Neither me nor my family felt comfortable using the bathroom for a shower, and the sink almost would not drain at all. We had stayed at this hotel about 6 years ago, and it was OK then, but we will not go back there again.

Fair. Not up to usual holiday inn standards. Needs some upgrades. Door edges peeling. Paint peeling. Tub scaly. Noisey neighbors. Limited parking.

Need to fix tge rooms.

Pros: foods .
Cons: To clean the dust properly and noisy bed while moving during sleep need to fix.
Location: Good .
Noisy bed with dust & not properly folded bed sheets on first night .

A good hotel as I traveled through

No reason not to appreciate this hotel. I needed a clean and comfortable hotel as I passed through Knoxville and this hotel fit the bill.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Quick check in and out. Great breakfast. Pet friendly, which was important for me.

Good place to rest when traveling
