A couple of minor nits. The coffee machine had not been cleaned out. The toilet was weirdly small. The bathtub faucet had a small but unstoppable drip. And when using the shower, half of the water still came out of the faucet and went straight down the drain. Wasteful! Overall, our stay was okay, but the hotel is a bit tired and dated. Could use a reno.

The property itself is in a different spot.. it’s in the middle of a parking lot. You don’t get a view or a pool or anything but it’s super close to the arena! If you are in town for hockey this is a great spot.

This was my second time here (for work) and I like this hotel. It’s in a nice walkable location. They are making some renovations and it’s convenient having a restaurant on the premises. I will stay here again when I go back.

No shuttle as advertised
Was disappointed that there was no shuttle between ferry dock or to airport. Was told a lot of excuses- van in shop, van not available, and told in writing that only Monday to Friday. A taxi service should be provided in this case. Also, asked before- how does one wash in the bath tub with the only soap dispenser high up on the side of the shower? Perhaps a small bar of soap should be offered.
