The property is lovely and well maintained. Our patio was private with trees all around. The staff are so helpful. Erika is the greatest. Great Americana coffee.

El hotel es bonito y el staff es sumamente amable. La comida es sencilla pero rica, aunque le falta un poco de variedad. La decepción fue un poco en las instalaciones ya que se ven un poco descuidadas y en la página tienen spa con un gran menú y en la vida real nos mandaron a otro lado al spa con un menú muy reducido

The staff(especially Erika) was fantastic! We enjoyed the tranquility of the location. It was peaceful and quiet. The restaurant is excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

Very Pleasing Stay
The concept of the hotel is amazingly beautiful! The hotel is by the sea side with private beach. Everything is pretty much white in the hotel. Rooms and balconies are build for the guest privacy. This hotel could be a great option for low budget honeymoon or a birthday gift for your girlfriend. There are not many rooms (or houses) in the hotel so feels like all hotel is ready to serve you. The pool ground and walls needs to be painted again and also the wifi doesn't connect very well but it gives you great opportunity to make a time for yourself. There is a restaurant by the pool own by the hotel, and chef cooks his delicious foods for you. I will definitely go back to stay in this hotel again in near future.

Great small hotel for couples
The Azucar is a great resort for couples (they don't accept children under 14 and have less than 20 rooms laid boutique-style), with a very nice design than emphasizes privacy and relaxation. A very good plan is complemented by minimalist interior decor and excellent service (fantastic traditional seafood cuisine). Highly recommended!

Excelente lugar para descansar
La hotel súper agradable, acogedor y limpio ! El restaurante excelente … En comida y atención ! En general el equipo del hotel siempre muy amable y servicial. Sugiero que a la zona de la playa esté más acondicionada ,un mantenimiento constante a las habitaciones - baños sería genial.

Es muy agradable el lugar, lo que no me gusto es que no había cable y trataron de hacer vintage pero esas lámparas con garrafones se ven horribles, tienen unas instalaciones muy bonitas y ese detalle lo pueden modificar por unas lámparas más bonitas estilo tropical Gracias

Die Palmdächer vor den Zimmern waren nicht dicht, Regen lief ins Zimmer. Der Preis , der keinerlei Frühstück enthält, ist im Vergleich zu ähnlichen Unterkünften in Mexiko zu hoch.

El hotel es muy bonito con un gran diseño, sin embargo creo que algunos detalles decorativos en las habitaciones le daría gran vista. Respecto a las areas comunes hace falta incluir camastros tanto en playa como en alberca en esta última ponen unos cojines rosas que se ven muy bonitos pero que no sirven para descansar. El servicio excelente.

Es un hotel con diseño "rústico" pero en algunos aspectos, como por ejemplo los camastros (falta de) o incluso la calidad del papel higiénico, raya en parecer que más bien se quieren ahorrar unos pesos. El lugar es precioso, la gente que trabaja ahí con buena actitud.

Fue la segunda vez que fuimos. El hotel es muy agradable, el servicio es extraordinario; la playa esta vez nos tocó limpia y el mar es muy amigable para meterse a nadar. La comida es buenísima a pesar de tener un menú reducido. Puntos medio malos son que no ponen sábana en las camas; solo la de cajón y un edredón, estaría bien poner ya camastros normales en vez de los cojines que son bastante incómodos y urge renovar las toallas de la alberca.

¡Excelente lugar! Todo súper bien. Muy buena atención, las habitaciones muy limpias, tienen su propia terraza muy cómoda y el restaurante con muy buen servicio y la comida deliciosa. Tiene su propio estacionamiento sin costo y el wifi es aceptable.

Me encanta este Hotel pero han descuidado un poco las instalaciones (Baño y en su playa había basura). El servicio y su restaurante es excepcional, me encanta. La Srita de recepción no es la más amable y poco empatica con los huéspedes.
